 Shipping Policy

All our orders are made to order; we do not have a stock of products. As a result, orders will be shipped within 1-3 days and will arrive at their destination within 3-5 business days from the order registration date. This applies to orders shipped in Romania.

For orders shipped internationally it may take up to 8-10 days to arrive.

For orders up to 250 RON, the courier delivery cost is 23 RON within Romania, regardless of the chosen payment method. (Prices include VAT.)
Orders exceeding 250 RON qualify for FREE shipping (within Romania).

Since delivery is handled by a third-party agent, we cannot guarantee the quality of the service. However, if you encounter any issues with the delivery process, please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@doicedecor.ro.

Delivery times may vary during sales periods, public holidays, or if otherwise announced on our website.

Orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be handed over to the courier on Monday or Tuesday, in the order they were received.
